Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture is composed of five articles and three Annexes. Apiaries can be registered in the central register on the basis of the document prepared by the beekeeper. The form of this document is specified in Annex 1. The document should be sent to the database not later than 30 April of the calendar year. A beekeeper should notify an appropriate person about beginning or ending of the operation within seven days. Annex 2 specifies the form of this notification. Notification of changes of the number of hives should be done in the form specified in Annex 3 not later than 30 September of the calendar year.
