This Decree enters into force on 1 December 2017.
Abstract

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development is composed of eight articles and five Annexes. An owner of apiary should notify the Regional Veterinary and Food Administration on commencement or termination of the breeding apiary. The form of such notification is specified in Annex 1. Annex 2 sets out the form of annual report on apiaries. Notification of changes of the number of hives should be done within seven days in the form specified in Annex 3. Transfer of hives from another Member State of the European Union and import of bees from third countries shall be notified in writing to the Central Register within 30 days.
