Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of eight articles and one Annex, lays down requirements for frozen food (art. 2), frozen cream (art. 3) and frozen sorbet (art. 4). These requirements include raw materials used for the production and conditions of their storage, the preparation process, storage of frozen food, consistency of food and labeling. The Annex contains further requirements for the content of milk composition in frozen creams specified for individual types of creams.
