Abstract

This Decree specifies the information to be shown as a minimum concerning the use and consumption of fresh fish and cephalopod and freshwater fish products. The aim is to ensure protection of consumers’ health, particularly as regards the consumption of raw or non completely cooked fish products. These provisions do not apply to frozen products.
