Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of 11 articles, lays down, in accordance with European Union legislation: a) the catalogue of wastes; (b) procedure for the classification of wastes according to the catalogue of wastes; (c) requirements for municipal authority with competence at the classification of wastes according to the catalogue of wastes.
