The Decree enters into force on 1 October 2004.
Abstract

This Decree amends the Decree of the Ministry of Environment establishing the catalogue of wastes by adding provisions concerning the transboundary shipment of wastes. Shipments of wastes must take into account needs of environmental protection. The Decree amends Annexes 3 and 4, which define the proceedings concerning export, import and transit of wastes.
