Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of ten articles, lays down the catalogue of wastes and defines methods for the classification of wastes. In addition, the Decree lays down the list of hazardous wastes and regulates the procedure for approving the exportation, importation and transit through the national territory of waste.
