Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 19 articles and four Annexes, lays down requirements for the production of meat products, their handling and marketing. Meat products should meet requirements specified in art. 3. Labelling of meat products is specified in art. 4 and their marketing in art. 5. Further provisions provide details on: mechanically separated meat, viscera, blood and blood plasma, technological non-meat products, soft meat products, heat-treated meat products, unprocessed meat products and dried meat, salted meat and canned meat.
