Food and Veterinary Service shall be responsible for the application of this Decree. Responsible person at each food processing enterprise shall elaborate individual food quality control and food safety requirements based upon HACCP. It establishes hygienic and safety requirements for alimentary raw materials, food production premises, storage facilities and vehicles used for transportation of alimentary raw materials and foodstuffs.
