Vessels which intend to fish in these areas shall report to the Directorate of Fisheries on start of fisheries, catch, entry into port, and end of fishing activities. Specifications are given for each of the matters to be reported. Infringement of provisions of the present Decree shall be punished in accordance with section 53 of the Marine Fisheries Act of 1983.
