In accordance with section 2, vessels shall notify the Directorate of Fisheries on: start of fishing, weekly catch and days of fishing, and the termination of fishing activities, entry into port, and transhipment of catch. A copy of the entry notification shall be supplied to the landing station. Infringement of provisions of the present Decree shall be punished in accordance with section 53 of the Marine Fisheries Act of 1983. Seizure shall take place in accordance with section 54.
