Abstract

This Decree applies to fishing by Norwegian vessels in specified areas in the Skagerak, the EU-zone and the Norwegian Economic Zone north of the 62nd parallel. In accordance with section 2, vessels shall notify the Directorate of Fisheries on: start of fishing, weekly catch and days of fishing, and the termination of fishing activities. In each of these stages catch quantities shall be reported observing FAO codes. Article 2 also introduces a duty to report entry into the fishing grounds. A copy
