This Decree-Law enters into force on the day after its publication.
Abstract

This Decree-Law allows the use of spirit originated from wine for interrupting the fermentation of must destined to wine making for «Porto» and liqueur wine «Moscatel do Douro» and amends Decree-Law No. 173/2009. Amendments provide for new requirements, standards and quality controls for oenological practices applicable to liqueur wines, in particular for the above mentioned wine procedures.
