This Decree enters into force on 13 December 2014.
Abstract

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture amends Decree implementing the Act on foodstuffs and tobacco products by replacing Annex 11 specifying the list of commercial marking of fisheries and other aquatic animals. Commercial names of fisheries and other aquatic animals are given according to the directly applicable regulations of the European Union.
