The Regulation enters into force on 17 January 2014. It applies from 1 January 2014.

Abstract

Regulation (EU) No. 1379/2013 provides that fishery and aquaculture producer organizations deploy measures to improve marketing of products and economic returns of producers, stabilize the market and reduce environmental impact of fishing activities. To facilitate a homogeneous implementation by all producer organizations, the present Regulation sets forth the format and structure of production and marketing plans to be followed.
