Abstract

This Decree, consisting of 14 articles, regulates inspections prescribed by EU Commission Regulation No. 2568/91, related to characteristics of olive oil and olive residue oil, as well as related processing methods as modified by EU Commission Regulation No. 299/2013. Inspections must be carried out by the Ministry of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies - Central Ispectorate for quality guarantee and fraud repression of agricultural-food products.
