This Regulation shall enter into force on the date of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.

Abstract

This Regulation consists of 21 articles and 4 Annexes. The Commission shall adopt a regulation laying down the criteria and arrangements regarding Community structural assistance in the fisheries and aquaculture sector and the processing and marketing of its product. Provision for the restructuring of the Community's fishing fleets shall be made in multiannual guidance programmes (art. 5). Each Member State shall present to the Commission in the form of a single programme document. Member States
