The present Act enters into force on 10 November 2007.
Abstract

The present Act lay down provisions relating to the improvement of health-related consumer information. Article 1 establishes that everyone shall have access to information concerning issues related to the Foodstuff and Feedstuff Codex. The text consists of 6 articles as follows: Access to information (1); Exclusion and limitation (2); Application (3); Application process (4); Granting of information (5); Fees and costs (6).
