The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 May 2008.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Consumer Protection Information Act of 5 November 2007 (BGBl. I p. 2558). Article 1 establishes that Federal authorities shall charge fees for official acts according to the enclosed schedule. The text consists of 3 articles.
