I p. 945), the Provisionsal Tobacco Act in its version of 9 September 1997 (BGBl. I p. 2296) and the Consumer Information Act of 5 November 2006 (BGBl. I p. 2558, 2560). In particular, the Law lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Act.
