Abstract

The Annex hereto establishes the quality standards for cucumber to be applied at all stages of marketing, in compliance with the legislative framework relating to the common organization of the market in fruit and vegetables, which is laid down in Regulation (EC) No. 2200/96. The Annex hereby attached is divided into the following six Chapters: (I) Definition of produce; (II) Provisions concerning quality; (III) Provisions concerning sizing; (IV) Provisions concerning tolerances; (V) Provisions concerning presentation; (VI) Provisions concerning marking.
