Abstract

This Act shall apply to agricultural, fishery and aquaculture products and to food, to producers, processors and distributors thereof, and to interprofessional organizations, to producer organizations, groups and associations falling under the relative EU regulation. this Act provides special rules on market organization, in particular in Chapter II sets out provisions concerning terms of payment and contract farming. Chapter III contains rules regarding interprofessional organizations, producer organizations and groups. Chapter IV addresses extension services.
