Abstract

The maximum pesticide residue levels specified in article 1 of this Directive are added to Part A of Annex II to Directive 86/362/EEC. The maximum pesticide residue levels referred to in article 2 hereto are added to Part B of Annex II to Directive 86/363/EEC. Lastly, the maximum pesticide residue levels for flupyrsulfuron-methyl and pymetrozine in the Annex to this Directive shall be added to Annex II to Directive 90/642/EEC. On the other side, those established for azoxystrobin in the Annex hereto shall replace those in Annex II to Directive 90/642/EEC.
