The Decree shall enter into force as of 1 September 2002.
Abstract

The Decree amends certain legislative texts regarding the fixing of maximum levels for pesticide residues of certain plant protection products in and on cereals, foodstuffs of animal origin and certain products of plant origin, including fruit and vegetables respectively. More specifically, the maximum pesticide residue levels specified in article 1 of this Decree are added to Part A, Annex II to Ministerial Joint Decree No. 290341/88. The maximum pesticide residue levels referred to in article 2 hereto are added to Part B, Annex V II to Presidential Decree No. 497/89. Also, the maximum pesticide residue limits for flupyrsulfuron-methyl and pymetrozine listed in the Table to article 3 to this Decree shall be added to Annex II to Ministerial Decree No. 352654/95. The provisional maximum pesticide residue levels for kresoxim-methyl in Annex II to Ministerial Decree No. 352654/95 shall be modified to 0,2 mg/kg (p) for strawberries. (p) indicates provisional maximum residue level. For kresoxim-methyl provisional MRLs shall become definitive with effect of 19 October 2004.
