Abstract

The present Decision determines the reference procedures to be used to analyse and test raw milk, pasteurized milk as well as UHT milk and sterilized milk. Further and detailed provisions are laid down in the Annexes attached with respect to sampling, the equipment to be used, calculation and expression of results, etc.
