Abstract

The Decree prohibits export of agricultural produce that is subject of Rules made under this Decree unless the produce is inspected, or inspected, graded or branded in accordance with such Rules. Section 4 defines powers of inspectors to inspect produce. Section 5 defines regulation making powers of the Minister. Agricultural produce means a variety of spices, coconut oil, skins and hides, mangrove bark and other commodities declared as such under section 2. (5 sections)
