These Rules apply to chillies grown in Zanzibar. Persons wishing to export chillies shall make an application in Form No. 1 of the Schedule. Rule 6 specifies standards that chillies for export shall meet. Other provisions deal with handling of consignments inspected and packing and labelling. Certificates in Form No. 2 will be issued on demand for consignments that are inspected and graded for export.
