Abstract The Act sets out a monitoring system to control the quality of fuels intended for: vehicles, tractors and machines; energetic combustion installations; vessels for navigation in inland waters; farmers for their own use. The aim of the Act is to limit adverse effects of fuels on the environment and human health.
