The Regulation enters into force seven days after publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Economy, which is composed of three articles and four Annexes, lays down quality requirements for liquid biofuels: (1) used in selected vehicles equipped with engines with spark ignition adapted to the combustion of liquid biofuel (specified in Annex 1); (2) used in selected vehicles equipped with engines with spontaneous ignition adapted to the combustion of liquid biofuel (specified in Annex 2 and 3); (3) produced by farmers for their own use (specified in Annex 4).
