Résumé The Act sets out a monitoring system to control the quality of fuels intended for: vehicles, tractors and machines; energetic combustion installations; vessels for navigation in inland waters; farmers for their own use. The aim of the Act is to limit adverse effects of fuels on the environment and human health. The Act is composed of the following Sections: (1) General provisions; (2) Monitoring system to control the quality of fuels; (3) Penalties; (4) Amendments to provisions currently in force; (5) Transitional and final provisions.
