Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the official authorization of classification enterprises and to the classification of carcasses. The text – consisting of 15 articles – deals with the following: application for authorization of classification enterprises, contents of application, independence of classification, limitation of authorization, vocational training for classifiers, board of examiners and transitional provisions.
