Adopts the process for the review and updating of national implementation plans set forth in the annex to the present decision;5. Requests the Secretariat to prepare an analysis of the national implementation plans submitted pursuant to Article 7, paragraph 1 (b), of the Convention, to be submitted to the Conference of the Parties for consideration at its third meeting. This analysis should focus on frequently identified national priority actions and best practices for controlling persistent organic pollutants.
