This category of boats includes also vessels used for sports fishing. A licence may be obtained from the Tourism Authority. The craft for which a licence is requested shall undergo a survey ordered by the Authority and shall be marked and registered in accordance with provisions of the present Act. This Act makes also amendments to the principal Act consequential upon the introduction of the new Part.
