Abstract

This Act amends the Tourism Act 2004 by inserting a new Part IV on the licensing of the use for commercial or private purposes of pleasure crafts. This category of boats includes also vessels used for sports fishing. A licence may be obtained from the Tourism Authority. The craft for which a licence is requested shall undergo a survey ordered by the Authority and shall be marked and registered in accordance with provisions of the present Act.
