The Regulations also: provide for certificates which must accompany certain applications; prescribe the forms of notices; and define “owner of the monument”. This definition includes agricultural tenants within the meaning of the Small Landholders (Scotland) Act 1911, the Agricultural Holdings (Scotland) Act 1991 or the Agricultural Holdings (Scotland) Act 2003.
