The Standard stipulates the basic hygiene requirements and management regulations for the site selection, design and facilities, production process, storage and transportation of raw materials and finished products, and hygiene of employees of water related product production enterprises. The enterprises engaged in the production of water related products must comply with this regulation. The health administrative departments of local people's governments at all levels are responsible for supervising the implementation of this Standard within their respective scope of responsibilities.
