Résumé The present Regulation of the Council of Ministers, which is composed of 14 paragraphs and two Annexes, establishes: the national emergency plan, including the procedures for cooperation of the bodies and services participating in the elimination of radiological emergencies and their consequences; the sample of the on-site emergency plan (specified in Annex 1); the sample of the regional emergency plan (specified in Annex 2).
