The Regulation enters into force 14 days after publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

The present Regulation of the Council of Ministers, which is composed of 14 paragraphs and two Annexes, establishes: the national emergency plan, including the procedures for cooperation of the bodies and services participating in the elimination of radiological emergencies and their consequences; the sample of the on-site emergency plan (specified in Annex 1); the sample of the regional emergency plan (specified in Annex 2).
