Résumé This Regulation prescribes the necessary gradual reduction of the effective consumption of substances that deplete the ozone layer; the treatment of substances that deplete the ozone layer and alternative substances; treatment with products containing those substances; manufacture, import, export and marketing rules; treatment of these substances after cessation of use of products containing them; collection rules; use and permanent disposal, marking of products containing alternative substances; and conditions to be met by legal entities and entrepreneurs who are engaged in maintenance, repairs, as well as the phasing out of products containing substances that deplete the ozone layer, or alternative substances on the territory of Montenegro.
