Résumé This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food, which is composed of 15 articles, lays down conditions that must be met by legal persons to perform the tasks concerning plant health on the basis of public authority. The tasks provided as public authority relate to: (1) diagnostic tests, including laboratory examination of plants and other objects; (2) preparation of risk assessments, technical guidelines, reports, analysis, information and other materials; (3) phytosanitary inspection tasks, including plant health controls and collection of official samples; (4) professional supervision of public service for plant health. Conditions of the public authority are specified for the following groups: general conditions (art. 4), special conditions (art. 5), quality rules (art. 6), conditions on the statutes (art. 7), conditions on human resources (art. 8), space requirements (art. 9), and technical requirements for equipment (art. 10).
