Résumé This Regulation sets out conditions for the exploitation and recognition of natural mineral water, as well as conditions for placing on the market of pre-packed natural mineral water, spring water and table water. This Regulation further determines the list of constituents of natural mineral waters which may present a risk to human health, list of permissible limit values for these constituents and the requirements for labelling of certain constituents, conditions for the use of ozone-enriched air for the extraction of ferrous, manganese, sulfur and arsenic compounds from natural mineral waters or spring waters, and the labelling requirements for waters treated in that manner.
