Résumé This Regulation determines the conditions, criteria and method of granting support within the priorities of the European Union "Promoting environmentally sustainable, resource efficient, innovative, competitive and knowledge-based aquaculture", here in particular for the measures II.11. "Protection of public health-COVID-19" within the implementation of the Operational Programme for Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Croatia for the programming period 2014-2020, and further in accordance with the provisions of several European Union thematic documents as listed in article 1. The subject of this kind of aid is a compensation to aquaculture breeders in order to reduce impacts of the reduction of sales and/or reduction of working capital/increased operational costs, all incurred due to the outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic in the period: a) from 1 March to 30 June 2020 and/or b) from 1 July to 31 December 2020.
