Résumé This Regulation sets guidelines for maritime safety levels of port/harbour facilities and equipment in adherence to international regulations such as ISPS Code - International Ship and Port Facility Security Code, the Recognized Security Organizations – RSO, the Port Facility Security Officer – PFSO and Declaration of Security – DoS. The Regulation includes guidelines for communication between harbour and ships. Owners of port facilities are responsible for duties and obligations with regard to operations.
