Résumé This Regulation makes several amendments in the Principal Regulation in accordance with the Regulation on registration, evaluation, authorization and restriction of chemicals and the Regulation on classification, labeling and packaging of substances and mixtures. This Regulation inserts "plants used for plant protection purposes" into the scope of this Regulation specified in Article 2. New definitions are inserted to Article 4. This Regulation amends Article 5, regarding the terms and conditions to place biocidal products into the market, Article 6 regarding testing of active substances by the Ministry, Article 7 regarding prohibitions for using some types of biocidal products to protect public health, Article 10 regarding prohibitions for sales of those types of biocidal products, Articles 18 and 19 regarding application procedures for sampling and analysis of biocidal products, and Article 29 on the criteria to add an active substance to Annex-IA, Article 41 regarding the modification in the biocidal inventory. Moreover, Annex-IIA, Annex-IIB, Annex-IIIA, Annex-IVB, Annex-V, Annex-IX, Annex-X, Annex-XI, Annex-XII ve Annex-XIII are amended and attached to this Regulation.
