Résumé The present Ordinance implements articles 9 and 17 of the Salzburg Cultivated Plants Protection Law (LGBl. No. 43/1949). The Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the fight against the potato wart disease. Article 2 establishes that anyone suspecting the presence of ring rot on his field, or on stored potatoes, is due to inform at once the competent authority. Article 3 specifies detailed safety measures in case of contamination. For example, the area must be isolated and declared contaminated area; plant materials have to be destroyed, etc. The text consists of 7 articles.
