The present Ordinance repeals the Ordinance on the same subject (LGBl Nr 46/1949).
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements articles 9 and 17 of the Salzburg Cultivated Plants Protection Law (LGBl. No. 43/1949). The Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the fight against the potato wart disease. Article 2 establishes that anyone suspecting the presence of ring rot on his field, or on stored potatoes, is due to inform at once the competent authority.
