Amendments concern, among other things, powers of an officer for Revenue and Customs, approved places of inspection within the meaning of the Customs Code (defined), plant pests which may not be introduced into or spread within England, (relevant material from a third country for which a phytosanitary certificate may be required and prohibitions on the consignment of relevant material to another part of the European Union without a plant passport.
