Movement of dogs, cats and ferrets between member states to Ireland requires a pet passport in accordance with the Community Regulation. Importation of pets from Third Countries shall be subject to requirements regarding electronic identification, Tapeworm treatment and certification or passport. These Regulations also introduce requirements of approved transporters and approved entry points.
