The Ordinance implements the Commission Regulation (EC) No. 696/2008 laying down detailed rules for the application of Council Regulation (EC) No. 104/2000 as regards the extension to non-members of certain rules adopted by producers' organisations in the fisheries sector. The text – consisting of 6 articles – deals with the following matters: sphere of application, competent authorities, reporting, duty to keep records and duty to tolerate and collaborate.
