Résumé The present Ordinance enforces the Cantonal Hunting Law of 17 January 2007. Article 1 establishes that the conservation of forests, particularly its natural regeneration with native, locally adapted tree species shall be guaranteed. The necessary measures to achieve these objectives are based on a common planning policy by the competent authority responsible for forest and hunting. The text consists of 65 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Hunting rights (II); Hunting practice (III); Protection of game and birds (IV); Organization (V); Powers of organs responsible for game protection (VI); Final provisions (VII).
